Missing interior door trim piece

Decided to do some fixes on my '02 V70 XC and I've had a hell of a time finding a part number or name for this piece of door trim. Front door, inside the mirror.

Here it is in place on passenger side door

Cannot say if the color is correct but, it look like Volvo part number 30612834.

Your part is called a window 'sail panel' (due to its shape) and often used to mount tweeters higher up in the door in the car audio world. Eg:
