It shows 2 keys fitted.
We have tried both keys and the car behaves the same with both. The batteries in them are good.

I'm using an Autel Maxisys pro.

Because most codes are ECM based and there are now ghost codes such as camshaft sensors I'm going for either a faulty ECM or a dirty ECM edge connector. Has this been cleaned yet?

The latch code for the keys is held in the ECM so that makes sense that the immobiliser display is showing as well as relay codes.

I have not done anything with the ECM yet. Though I noticed that also.
I'm guessing the edge connector is the main connection on the ECM when it is slotted into the car?
I do not have the special tool to remove the ECM. Though no problem buying it if we need it.

Yes the edge connector is on the base of the ECM. There are pink sliders in there that can release the modules but I'd rather use the special tool.

Wouldn't hurt to clean the TCM with electrical contact cleaner while you're in there.

Yeah I just found a YouTube video explaining how the pink sliders work without the special tool. I'll pop the plastic shroud off ECM/TCM and see if I want to mess with the sliders lol

Bosch computer is ECM. The other one is probably marked TEMIC.

Well I think we figured it out.
The connectors on the ECM looked great, but I noticed it looked like water had been flowing down the side of the aluminum ECM cover in the past. So we popped the ECM open and it had corrosion everywhere on the back side of the PCB.
Wonder if ultrasonic cleaning would bring it back to life or if it needs to sent out or if its shot lol
Ill try cleaning it first and go from there I guess, we'll find out if anything burnt out.

Could be mineral deposits (from the water) creating leakage currents.
Wash the board with Electrical Contact Cleaner.

You might be right, i was thinking it already went the step further and turned to corrosion.
I will def try to electrical contract cleaner right now before taking extreme cleaning measures haha.

A used ECM with the same Bosch part number can be cloned to suit the car. You'll need a Windows laptop and a Dice tool. I can fill you in and point you in the right direction with regard to who can do this for you when/if the time comes.
