Since you've gone through 3 sets of pads then check the run out on the rotor. It maybe high but not high enough to pulsate the brakes. Also, when the noise starts put the pedal down a little further / harder. Maybe difficult because you said low speed. If you can do this and the noise goes away you will have to live with it till the pads and rotors do mate.
My first experience with loud brake noise in the video link above. Talk to you tomorrow, need to go.

OK, I have a minute and I understand a little better with your new info. So it's just making noise at low speeds? It is definitely the air gap. When we whistle, depending on the instrument or our mouth, we need to move a certain amount of air through a certain gap. Yours is taking place at a certain speed and if it is at resonant frequency it can be very loud.
Don't change any more parts and allow the pads and rotor to fully seat. May take sometime. If the after sometime and the noise does not change in it's sound or go away you will need to pin point if it is one side or both. If it is one side then you need to check the caliper. Take care.

Make sure the piston cylinder surface on the caliper is completely clean and shiny, free from all debris and imperfections as in divots and dents. If the noise is only on 1 side and you have gone through 3 sets of pads something is causing the pad to leave an air gap or uneven pad contact creating a gap during light braking. Check for debris and / or stuck caliper. Bleed it and see if any rusty fluid comes out. Does not take much, kind of like a thorn in the flesh, especially during the bedding process.
Perhaps in the old days the material was much softer. I remember Acura changing the formulation for the rear pads because cars were coming in at 10K for worn pads. To eliminate brake noise they made the pads way too soft. Now pads are much harder but still need to remain noise free.

This part in bold is true - for example EBC you are supposed to just use lightly for 200 miles as the majority of the bedding process, then do a quick, final bedding at 200 miles. But most manufacturers actually say no bedding is necessary, you just use the brakes lightly and with no hard stops for a couple hundred miles, this will coat the rotors with brake pad material. Additional bedding is more important for rotors that get really hot e.g. heavy braking like at the track.MoVolvos wrote: ↑18 Jun 2019, 23:41The pads likely have not been fully bedded. Some companies want you to get them done immediately after installation while others after 500 or so miles. It's the air gap. Mine still squawk like the video while pulling into the driveway but it is very slight now as it approaches 500 miles. Almost time for the bedding process according to EBC Brakes. It is that loud. Check your manufacturer for instructions.
...
Despite all the videos out there, unless you have a BBK brake pad bedding is much more of an urban myth than a critical process.

Just don`t understand why I get noise and should bed
As I wrote that I have never bed before and we don`t do it at work
This it the first time I get that noise and no one at work knows why
Just changed caliperes and after 5 km sound came again

I don't think that you need to bed, wasn't saying that. I agree with you. Something else is more likely to fix the problem like grease or the rotors not being straight. Bedding will not likely change anything. But unfortunately I don't have any new suggestions to fix the problem.
