Have changed discs and pads twice and hoses and lubicated gliders. All original parts
Have cut edges of pads and tried scream plates
Have removed anchor plates

Changed to 16" discs and retainer from 15" last year

Noise comes when brake soft

Just to confirm you have use Volvo original parts? Did you change from 15" to 16" rims last year? Or did you change the diameter of the rotors from 280mm to 302mm?

The pads likely have not been fully bedded. Some companies want you to get them done immediately after installation while others after 500 or so miles. It's the air gap. Mine still squawk like the video while pulling into the driveway but it is very slight now as it approaches 500 miles. Almost time for the bedding process according to EBC Brakes. It is that loud. Check your manufacturer for instructions.

When I was in China 1985 I saw some guy driving up and down the street and braking hard quite a few times (no clue). Worked at Pepboys & Acura in the mid 90's and did not recall bedding brakes either. I think I started to about 6 years ago after purchasing a set of Front Powerstops for a 2003 Lexus GS300 because they say it's a must. The brakes are still on the car. Check the Manufacturer for recommendations.

Check the run out on the rotor or make sure all the surfaces of the rotor and wheel are clean. The air gap of pad and rotor during light braking is not completely closed. Check for debris in the pads also.

Reading your OP you may have a caliper that is sticking slightly. Regardless something is causing the air gap. Can you tell if it is from one side only or both sides?

All is cleaned and fine
Have cleaned and greased it 4 times
Have tried with 3 pads
Yesterday afternoon I cleaned all and mounted new pads. Drove 2 km and noise came
Must try to drive some km and see if it stops

Have thinked that it could be the calipere, but workshop says no.

Will try to spin wheels today
