Info center issue

Hello everybody. I honestly hope that I'm not starting existing topic. Ive really searched but without success.

I have Volvo S40 2000 and suddenly current and averige fuel consumption stoped working. They do work from time to tome but maybe for fifteen seconds every couple of hours. Mostly, there are three "-" like in images that I'll post.

Can you tell me what might be the problem or where is logic of this so i can possibly check for connections.
