I solved an intermittent rough idle finding one split vacuum hose in the purge circuit. If those are still original, spending an hour to replace everything makes sense

Coils and plugs should all come out, if they have 150k or more on the coils, I would put 5 new ones in. Sell the other 5 for $50 with an asterisk that one is bad. I just had a coil on the 1999 that failed at cold start then cleared up, then would fail ten minutes later
