245 water leak

245 water leak

My 85 245 has a decent water leak coming from the left rear cargo window that soaks the driver side rear seat floor. I'll have to have the windows Prof. Replaced this summer but is there a sealant anyone has used temporarily to stop water?

Also, the black vent on the passenger side quarter panel under the window is leaking water into the trunk? What is it called so I can find a replacement seal?
