Infotainment System Blank screen

Hi All

Need your help/inputs, my infotainment system has stopped working, the screen is blank , as if there's no power. My AC still works but radio and all do not work at all.

However , we checked the fuse and its working fine. Is there any other way to check before going to the car agent

My car is Volvo S60 2013.

I have got similar issue IAM is not activating caused by me resetting DTC while the battery was low.

Have you tried removing audio circuit breaker?

Not easy to say you guys what happened with your audio without some additional data from diagnostic. Do you have DiCE and VIDA?

Yes I got Vida and dice now. MOST test is ok only IAM is showing not active.i got vdash as well. Only PAC module shoes that cannot communicate with IAM module
