IPD ecm softloader still available

I am having good sucess restoring power to my 2001 xc70 thinking of 'tweeking' the ecm for more, using the IPD sorfloader but its not available? Any idea why? There is a company here in Australia who does/did it but they dont answer my email.

What i did on my 740t was install a turbosmart electronic adjustable boost controller, with a gauge and got good results is that not a good idea for the p2 xc70?

I never got an answer to "why?", but in my many talks with IPD/Ken Pruett they don't do the softloader program anymore. They do the wireless tunes/Gluon module nowadays. I don't know if they ship to OZ, but worth asking. I've done 3 of their wireless tunes with great success. I've not tried any of the other tuners tunes yet, but will likely be trying Hilton's 2.5+ tune soon.

I'm not sure a boost controller is necessary on the LPT. 2 of my LPT's that are stage 1 IPD boost consistently to 14-15psi and don't waver much at all. Sometimes overshoot, but the ECM reels them back in pretty quick.

This is a pretty active topic on places like FB & SS. There are many places/sellers to acquire P2 Volvo tune files from. The interface & software varies. IPD does a wireless hotspot paired with an OBD2 module so Ken can remotely access the ECM to upload the new files. Others will use teamviewer11, and internet connection, and a DiCE unit to communicate with the ECM.
