Another VIDA 2014D install question

Received the unit yesterday. Was extracting the .rar files with Winrar. The file 2014D.part7 appears to be corrupt and will not extract. My laptop does meet the requirements.
Any ideas to try?
Is the anyplace to get 2014D software that works? Or another version?

i cant load anything, the instructions say to use their disk and not to do any updates, i can send you a copy of both the cd's i have

Go here and read pages 1, 6 & 16. The download link that works is on page 16.
