Help identifying another leak...

Can't get it in the air right now to look under it, but within 2 minutes of running, there's a 3" puddle on the ground of what looks to oil.

Drivers side of the engine towards the back.

Anyone know what's there that could be leaking?

Here's a really bad picture. Of where it might be coming from.

Abscate beat me to it. I would also add, that if the PCV has not been checked in a long time, it is time for the glove test to see if it is blocked. This is the main reason for seals to start leaking is a pressurized crankcase.

Make sure everything goes back in the way it came out. That slot in the middle is asymmetric.
