Replaced coils and plugs still getting misfires
2010 xc60 t6 got multiple misfires and replaced ignition coils and plugs ran fine for a day then theu codes again for misfires on cylinders 3 & 4. The firing order is 153624 is this correct? What else could be the issue?

Misfiring on adjacent cylinders is a symptoms of a head gasket failure between the two cylinders. Do a compression test.
