Hello everyone!
I have a 98 Volvo V70 XC Chassis#505073

I have a curious problem...

I have recently, within the last few weeks, replaced my alternator, serp Belt, idler pulley and tensioner. The battery was also replaced the same day.

Today, my battery light came on. I tested the battery, and alternator, and both tested good.
I also tested the alternator while loaded (lights on, fan on high)
And that tested good.

A curious quirk though, when I bump the throttle, the light goes away. Then it comes back on after a few seconds. Then after some idleing, the light stays off for good.

Aside from a slight rough idle, everything feels fine.
Any ideas?

Replacement Alternator was a Ultima Alternator from O'Reilly's.

Check the battery cables and B+ line for corrosion. Grounds are importation too.
