Hy Buddies,
Since recently I've begun to have an issue with the inside hook of the trunk door lock. I've used :
- break cleaner to clean as much as possible,
- WD40,
- WD40 silicon grease, to help to work this hook. But the result is not what I was expected.
I didn't disassemble the all part, because during the week, I haven't got the time. I've seen recently a post on this subject if I do remember. Is there a spring in that is known to be fragile, or is I just a question of cleaning ?
Apologize to those who have realized a post on that subject that I didn't't look at. I've use DEEPL to find how to translate "trunk door lock", so...

Well done!
Happy you found a solution. Old grease can get hard and sticky and ends up doing the opposite it should be doing!
Neil.
