This moring my blower motor stopped working. So when I got home my 13 year old son and myslef took it apart. When I unplugged the molex plug from the resister it was melted. It is the plug that goes back to the car. Also there was a burn mark on where it plugs into the resister also. I didnt smell anything burning this morning when I turned it on. It was just dead and not blowing any air. I cannot find that plug and dont know what to do. Can someone please help me fix it correctly pleae. Thank you

Sounds like pulling from a junkyard is in order.

Or from Fcpeuro, https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... 62#fitment
To replace the resistor undo the bottom cover off the motor with two rubber screws, then two screws to remove the resistor
