Time to turn to fuel delivery ...what parts to throw at it?

New reworked cylinder head - planing, valve lapping, valve guide seals
Compression test ok cold, wet at 150-180 psi
Have good spark at Number one plug
New cap and rotor
Supply voltage at fuel injectors in 12.4V with battery at 12.5V
Fuel pressure 38 psi at key on, 42 psi during cranking
Fuel pressure holds for 30 minutes
Engine timing confirmed correct, non VVT engine of course.
