Part #13 for the 2005 is the big rubber boot but the diagram doesn't indicate the small bearing located inside at the top of the boot, same for the sort of large C clip that secures the boot to the floor

And the safety screw you mention is #11??

Perhaps the bearing has been incorporated into #13 whereas in older P80 the boot & bearing were separate.....
