I ordered the main ecu relay from isringhausen Volvo our dealer. I should have it in a few days. will report back at that time.

I changed the ecu relay still crank and no start,
I also checked voltage at the relay pins. with the car off and the ecu relay out, there is 12 volts at one of the relay pins. I don't know where to go next. there are no blown fuses. this leads me back to the wiring to the ecu or the ecu itself. I appreciate any advice.
