I need another one like a hole in the head!

There is also one up in Edmonton with a rod knock in the motor. Guy is stupid on price he wants for a car with a bad motor.

A lot of them are not trying to sell the car. They are looking for a bailout. Like the kind a child gets from parents.

Still stuck on last two rear frame bolts

Like you, I’m finishing a garage before winter...although here we still have 5-15C work weather.

I wish you luck with garage. My biggest issue is inability to find a capable trades person here in Calgary in any trade. Contractor used a door install company who sent a useless installer for a a complex high lift door pair with direct drive (read expensive!!) motors. Just drywalled and painted ceiling and walls. Re-installed the top rails and one door hit the drywall!!

Same down here. I couldn’t even get a quote to demo and roof an old garage, everyone wanted to bulldoze the whole thing and charge 15000 for a new one.

I’ll be in for about $1800 when done, thanks to all the Power Estrogen in the house.

That framing looks so much better than the 'best framer in Calgary' that the contractor used. Guy has never been introduced to reading drawings, a measuring tape or right angles. Should have hired you and your 'team' instead!!

Thanks BEJ. I'll look at that in greater detail once I can get the car into the garage. Still waiting for door company to come and fix the vehicle access doors so I can open them!!

Electrical now up and running and 2 x banks of 5 linked LED strip lights (about 18,000 lumens/bank!!). Hopefully heating in 2 weeks.

Once I can get to look at it I will.

Keep meaning to ask if you ever installed the VC unit I shipped to you about 3/4? years ago?

Appreciate the help as you know the 'electrickery' side of cars is not my strength on vehicles. Adequate but not great.

Caitlin almost heart-attacked me by free cutting those studs on the short wall. 91.5 inches, so she chopped off 4.5 by eye.

There were all within 1/16 inch, better than I do by measuring,
