Fuel issues with 2000 volvo v70xc

Post by Jbreww »

Replaced the pump. Regulator. Relay. And filter. Just pressure checked my injectors and I'm only at 14psi. My injectors were bone dry before I did the pump (had already done the relay and filter at this point). After I replaced the pump/sending unit I was getting 4psi to injectors so I did the fpr also. Now I'm at 14psi while running but can't figure out for the life of me why I'm not upwards of 30 psi (assuming the fpr is wrong id still expect at least 30). Car starts off starting fluid and will idle forever but that's it.

I think there is a pressure valve near the back too?

Did you use an aftermarket pump?
