Warping - meaning that the exhaust manifold could be bent or damaged, cracked perhaps?
Its so hard to see and I would need to have it on the lift to be able to look at it from below, to perhaps, see the exact location of the smoke coming out.
Have you been driving with the car for almost 6 years like this?
