Understandable! I have this exact set on my S80 as low beams and it has been holding up well (since May 2019).

It has the bigger heat sink attached to it. I needed to convert to led after converting the headlights to projectors. H1 halogen bulbs do not fit the projectors.

I finally adjusted my right headlight so it's not pointing downward, and now I can hopefully see better at night if/when I'm out in the dark.

Both brights were aimed where they should, and I used that as my reference point. The left high and low both hit the same spot, so I figured the right should be the same way and adjusted it to match.

Thank you. Can you link to the Projector? My 03 S80 T6 is being parked for now so may have time to do some suspension and perhaps light work. Water is getting into both light assembly.

Just received the first Recall letter from Volvo for the Airbag stating there is a Recall but the parts aren't available. The Recall was Nov 7th or so. Only one person killed so they weren't in a hurry to notify customers.

Did a "smoke test" this AM trying to find where my EVAP leak is coming from. The smoke machine didn't make as much smoke as I hoped, but I did find it coming from here. Clearly, there is supposed to be a hose connected to this, but what hose? Whatever it is supposed to be, It's not there.

This is at the right rear of my 2001 V-70.

The 08 C30 T5 received it's first oil change using Castrol Edge Titanium 0W-40. Son reported 29 MPG on a 140 mile freeway trip. Previous oil change was with Liqui Moly 5W-40 and MoS2 Anti-Friction Engine Treatment. The best mileage was 27.8 MPG on the same 140 mile drive. All cars receive Premium fuel. Can't recall the last time using Regular grade fuel. Another first, car in garage after 5 1/2 years since relocating.

Painted mirror caps silver similar to the R-Design caps. First attempt was more Chrome like but the Satin clearcoat ran like water so had to wait a day for it to dry and sand off. Primer after removing clearcoat and two thin coats of Rust-Oleum Metallic Finish. Paint still fresh so didn't buff with Griot.

Ceramic Coated car Tuesday. It's worth the cost, time, energy and effort. Sat for over 2 1/2 days in the garage to cure. Car has a sparkle shine, trim is black again, tail lights also has reflective sparkle and all exterior glass is slick. Didn't think to take pictures, son in hurry back to college.

Washed, clay, Mothers using DA with orange pad, Griot using DA with black pad, alcohol wipe entire car and applied Ceramic Coat and lightly buff. The clarity in the paint is not from buffing rather the coating itself.

Mothers removed scratches, Griot (Amazing) brought out mirror shine and Ceramic coating brought depth and sparkle to shine.

This week I finished the front end and a few other items on the new-to-us 07 XC70.

Replaced struts, spring seats, strut mounts, bump stops, front brake lines. Also three engine mounts (torque bottom, torque top, front engine mount under crank pulley). Fixed the leaking oil filter - it had an aftermarket cartridge that didn't seat properly and prevented the cover from threading down all the way. Changed the oil to Rotella 5w-40 T6 synthetic. Replaced the missing bolts on the splash cover, cleaned the splash cover and all oil leaks. Flushed the trans fluid with 12 quarts, first time since new it seems.

Have rear shocks waiting to go in too, maybe after this snowstorm's deposit melts and the roads are dry again I'll take it off the road to do that.

You can also buy 3 inch projectors, but I dont think they will fit. These ones clear the glass housing. If they were a smidge longer, than they would touch the glass.

I dont have the caps on my headlights btw, have been driving around like that for quite some time without any issues (on multiple cars btw).
