95 850T fuse box problems
95 850T fuse box problems
I have a 95 850T, and have no power to my windows, wipers, radio, dashlights, and radio. I have checked the fuses and they are not blown. I was wondering if it might be one of the relays beside the fuses. I can find no reference to those relays in my haynes manual. Could use some help if anyone knows what these relays are, need to close my windows.

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.
None of those items are covered by a relay. For a full list of relays on your car download the manual at: https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/chat/p ... 919d293e2f
Go to the .pdf file 'electrical component locator'.
As the items concerned are covered by different fuses it is possible that you have an electrical problem elsewhere. Try moving the ignition key in the ignition lock and see if that solves the problem. The electrical part of the ignition switch can wear and cause intermittent failures.

There are three overload relays, 105, 106, and 107 but, as Bill advised, they are not a part of the circuits you describe.
If it were me I would start with the battery cables, and the battery grounds.
Also check the main battery cable where it enters the fuse box, you should be able to see it if you remove the 4 torxs screws at each corner and remove the cover. While it is not a real common problem there have been several members that have experienced a failure at that main terminal.

I have tried moving the ignition key back and forth, with no results. The reason I was thinking it was a relay, was when load on on of the fuses, buy connecting the cooling fan directly to one of the faulty circuits, the fan would start to run, than I would hear a click on one of the relays, and it would stop. I will check the ignition switch, maybe a bad connection inside.
