V70 won’t start. Out of ideas.

These plugs do not look to be a problem for soot, but the gap looks wide. Did you gap the new plugs? Proper gap for this engine is 0.7 mm (0.028 inch). Yes, it is small, but that is what the turbo gap should be.

My dumb a** did not. They looked similar to the old ones and it didn’t start before I changed, so I marked that off my list.

Update. It finally turned over!! Great news, but now it runs like a dog and I’ve got these codes:
p0201 p0202 p0203 p0204 p0205

Any ideas? Assuming I forgot something here, I know I’m close to fixing this thing.

I should add a re-gapped all the plugs. I shouldn’t have trusted the “oem pre gapped” claim from advance auto. Thanks volvolugnut!

Injector circuit,
you never said if the car was left in the rain with the hood open, if it was then you should check the computer box next to the coolant bottle. Water on the ECM contacts would play havoc such as you have now. Same for the fuses and relays in the engine bay.

No water got into those areas, thankfully I had waterproof pads over both sides. I checked my ecu relay, it’s opening and resistance checks out.

Google all those codes to see what they are. Then search this forum for likely causes.
A quick check shows problem with all of the injectors. Another post talked of loose injector connections. Check that the injector connections are dry and secure.

Ok then, back probe the injector connectors and monitor whilst cranking or running, should be ...what ? 5 v?
The injector connectors can easily allow water to flow down into the socket, unplug a couple and look for moisture.

3.46 Volta at cranking on each injector connector.
