not all turn signal lights work yet all bulbs are ok

Hi all, long time no see
Passarger side front and rear turn signal lights stopped working (the one on mirror is OK and obviously pulses faster)
This also happens when emergency light is activated (4 work, 2 don't).
Checked bulbs, all 6 of them are good.
Left side has no problem. All 3 work, on signal and on emergency.

Anyone can shed light (no pun intended)

My bad, due to wisdom (read age), I had a wire inadvertently stuck under two pieces of couple of rods in the truck.
Please don't laugh, hopefully you too will grow old to do this type of ....
