Need your help/inputs, my infotainment system has stopped working, the screen is blank , as if there's no power. My AC still works but radio and all do not work at all.[/url]
However , we checked the fuse and its working fine. Is there any other way to check before going to the car agent![]()
My car is Volvo S60 2013.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: Infotainment System Blank screen
@ber5ien and wellomal
Hi guys
Thanks for the helpful info...my daughters 2014 V40 car has a blank screen.
Can someone please provide a link for the cheapest interface cable I can use with vdash, ideally from a uk seller ( the one on their site is genuine one, which is very expensive )
Would I need to run the cem decrypt with the original/ faulty screen and radio...and then turn off the security....then install the 2nd hand devices?
Also, can someone talk me through how I can find out if it's the ICM/screen that has failed or the IAM/CD/radio unit?
I understand I would use a fibre loopback device, I assume that would be fitted on the back of the radio unit but would that only tell me if the IAM/ CD unit had failed?
Or can I fit it on the back of the screen also?
Thank for any info.
