Finally, I successfully read CEM PIN from 2007 XC70 :)
The problem was faulty CAN Bus Transceivers. Bought new, and that's it.

Old CAN Transceivers was:
stari_VP230.jpg
They were ordered online, but the whole series of these CAN Transceivers seems to be bad.

New CAN Transceivers was:
novi_VP230.jpg
I ordered the new ones with the SN65HVD230 CAN Bus module from another place.
I took off from this module and switched them to cracker.

Everything else remained as before. Connected according to the scheme properly.
The power supply of these CAN Transceivers was 3.3v both before and now.

I did electronics component engineering for 15 years,
My best guess, from experience, is somebody did not do a good job of writing their SCD ( Specification Control Drawing ). On a SCD you got to cross all your Ts and dot all your Is. Electronic component manufacturing is still just as much of an art form as it is a science. You make them the best way you know how then you grade them out. There are always going to be some that do not meet the manufacture's catalog specs. Instead of tossing them in the trash the manufacture will grade them to a customer's SCD and ship them out. SCD is also a acronym for Source Control Drawing because controling your source is just as importation as the Specifications.

Its like dealing with a Chinese guy I use to buy my computer parts from. I had to be careful of what I said to him. Not because he was dishonest rather that he was so darn precise. He would listen to what you said and get you that, no more no less.

I tried to read the PIN from the CEM 2005 Volvo V70 D5 (120 kW) restyling model, yesterday, but I didn't succeed. I later read the P / N from the CEM module and saw that it is not on the list of those supported by crackers.
Is it possible to somehow implement this P/N to be supported and to be able to read the PIN via OBD? I am willing to help if I can somehow, since I have a car with that CEM :)

CEM P/N: 30728356
That is a P/N we have not encountered before.

Find the section the code below and add a line for it as highlighted. Save it then upload to your cracker. Let us know if it cracks the CEM or not.

Or you can download from my fork and try it. I made the changes for you. If it works, I'll do a pull request so VTL can add it to his master and get me some hands on experience doing a pull request with github.

You might want to make a folder named VTL and move all the files from VTL to that folder. Then on the same level as the VTL folder make another folder named RHP. Download from my fork to the RHP folder and work from there. That way you can keep the two separate and avoid overwriting one with the other.

Maybe it's a stupid question ... In what form is the PIN code written when the cracker finds it? Decimal or?
I think I read somewhere earlier in the topic, but I forgot :)

The PIN is sent to to the CEM in Double Binary Coded Decimal format ( Two digits per byte ).
So the clear text PIN is Decimal ... base 10.
