Hi I'm new to the forum and am having a hard time navigating through the site but I need help with my timing belt I just recently changed it but I also had to remove the vvt Hub on the exhaust side I use the cam locking tool but I'm confused as to why the car won't turn over

Maybe something in these can help (first video is S60 so only one VVT hub but it's the same general idea).

If the engine will not manually turn over a couple of revolutions freely, you have a gross alignment problem. No keyway on the VVT hubs, just attached metal to metal with a bolt and a bunch of torque.
