Starts runs for 1 minute stalls wont start for 2 minutes ... repeat Topic is solved

Hi gang
2001 V70 140bhp
Car died on me swapped fuel relay with fog relay still did not start . Sounded like no fuel as engine spinning really fast on crank
Bypassed fuel pump, car worked great
Fitted new pump car ran for 57 miles then died , had to wait 2mins before it would start again ran for half a mile stalled did the relay bypass . it ran for 1 mile then cut out replaced relay ran for 3 miles then cut out ,, waited 2 mins ran 1 mile and cut out repeated this till i got home
Replaced fuel filter just did the same
I put in a STARK SKFU-0410169 Fuel Feed Unit . We think the pipe may have been kinked slightly . upon removal inspection but not burst , and there is no kink in it now
Would the kinked pipe cause this problem
At the fuel / float mains connector passenger side door the car runs with 13.1 volt at the pump terminal the pump cuts out and voltage is 14.2 then the car stalls the voltage is 0.0v

Any advise suggestions please

Tried a different fuel pump and it still does the same
got me baffled

solved was the live wire going through passenger side sender unit right where it goes into fuel tank
New sender ordered from volvo ( peace of mind as grand kids sit above when travelling )

No codes in memory at all car running perfect so the computer says lol
