I'm looking at a car for sale that needs a replacement power steering rack.
Two questions:
(1) Is this a reasonable seller and part, or are there better options out there?

(2) Is this replacement job hard to do if I have tools and jack stands, and have done brake and clutch jobs? Only thing I'm missing is the tie rod separator or ball joint fork in this list if needed https://www.liveabout.com/diy-replacing ... ck-4083852
Thanks!

Been a while since I've owned or worked on a Brick, the job should be pretty straightforward. If you can do a clutch, this is within your grasp.
If the rebuilt rack doesn't come with outer tie rod ends, count the turns when you take yours off, that should get you ballpark on toe-in.
