You're missing a ridge plastic pipe that connects the two blue hoses in your last pic. You have an intercooler; the blue hose is connected to it.
Try to learn life's bad lessons vicariously through others.

OK, in your first picture, the blue hose is the hose from your turbo to the intercooler carrying fresh air. The round hole to the side on the bottom of the airbox is the outside cold air intake. There should be a rectangular'ish black hose with an oval at one end that connects to the intake snorkal on the right of your radiator when viewed from the front.

The 3" or so round opening on the left of the picture is the inlet to the throttle body.

In your 2nd picture, the throttle body is in the middle and the black plastic hose coming out runs down to take cold clean air from your airbox to the turbo. The outlet to the turbo is then runs to the blue hose in picture one and down to the bottom of your intercooler (the air cooler for your turbo air to the engine).

The last picture is confusing as you appear to have a hose in your hand that looks remarkably like the one for a non-turbo. Although, one end I am guessing connects to the inlet side of the throttle body. The other end should connect to the top outlet of the intercooler which is the smaller blue hose to the left of your picture which currently goes no where. I am assuming there should be a metal short connector pipe to connect that to the pipe in your hand.

Let's get that figured out first. Then we can tackle the valve in your hand next.

Oh yes forgot the CPU air cooler 😅
But I'm still confused I just can't make out where the radiator hose goes, or the throttle body piece.

In the first pic I'm pretty sure that's my radiator. Does it go left or right?

The BLUE hose that comes out the middle of your 'radiator' and turns right is NOT a radiator hose!! It is a cold air outlet hose from the intercooler. As Sveedy and I said, there should be a metal pipe that connects from there to the large blue pipe you had in you third picture in the first 3 you posted.

Your radiator hose is the black 2" pipe at the top of the radiator to the left of the intercooler hose.

our intercooler, radiator and A/C condenser are a 3 layer sandwich which are bolted together. The AC condenser is closest to the grill, then the intercooler is in the middle and the radiator at the back closest to the engine.

So the blue hose on top the radiator goes into the throttle body? I apologize you might have to explain it me like I'm 3 because I thought coolant came out the top of the radiator but what your saying is that it's only for air?

Also if you might be able to send me a link to where I might find the piece I'm missing? I mean I have a hard plastic black tube that's like 12 to 15 inches long, that piece is what's stumping me as well.
