Oil around turbo /// 2006 s60 2.5t

I'm slowly trying to get my s60 running well again since I got a different daily and have time to fix it without risking blowing the engine. My biggest concern is oil seeping from the turbo on the underbody and the pipe going to it on the top is coated in oil as well. The last time I drove it the acceleration wasn't feeling the best but there wasn't anything specific I could point to that was weird. From what I've read so far, this (the oil) could be caused by a clogged PCV system making the pressure high enough to seep oil through the seals. In about a month of driving the dipstick level went below the four X's and I don't know if it's burning it up or just leaking or both. If anyone has any ideas on where to start, or things to look for while I take apart the PCV system, I'm open to trying anything.

Remove turbo intake pipe, wiggle turbo by hands. If the cartridge is short, it will blow oil into intake. Also pay attention to PTC nipple. If it's covered with oil and there's a lot of oil between PTC and turbo - PCV gets a lot of oil. Now, it's either PCV drain is clogged and separated oil have no other place to go but intake, or PCV is overwhelmed with blow-by gases (stuck or worn rings).

I would raise the car , get under the turbo and inspect the oil drain pipe top gasket, also the oil feed line.
If the drain pipe is leaking its obvious.

cinch down the charge air pipe coupler band clamps at the turbo end.
Mine is usually wet with oil.

Unfortunately, yes. Bore taper and huge thermal gaps in compression rings. Turbo eventually gives up, too.

That’s pretty typical oil vapour collection. Clean it off, in one year I bet is still clean
