Im watching Mrs Doubtfire on Hulu. LOL the wifey pulls up at home in a shiny red volvo 850 sedan! It seems these gems only showed up in movies when they were new except fort that Walmart commercial and the 2022 Road Rage movie.

Edit: sorry to disappoint. I just realized while trying to attach the picture that Hulu has soe sort of copyright thing blocking the screenshot making it all black.

Volvo 240s are in LOTS of movies. It seemed to be shorthand for - "This is a practical person".

Just watching re-runs of the great 'Northern Exposure' series of the early 1990's. Still great today and strange observations on society are only now being recognized as reality! There so far been 2 x 240 wagons in it. Way to go 240's.............!!
