a 98 v70
im wondering if a K&N would be installable on here since it is a non turbo, also i read that a v70 chip is not available? im reasonably new to this so any help is greatly appreciated

Yes, K&N will work. How much performance will it provide? That's another story

I don't think I can really feel the difference between my regular air filter and my K&N.

If you do a power flush on the trans your torque converter will be flushed as the power flush replaces all of the trans fluid.
