Vacuum leaks affect LTFT (and STFT when they are huge). Easy to check with any OBD reader.

These engines on the P2 can get loose exhaust manifold bolts/nuts which then causes a blow.

So, I got the spare brand new pump + gasket I had lying around but completely forgot the stethoscope.

Is there anything that could go bad if I run the car without the serpentine belt which will not spin the alternator.

Late to the party but I just got back. I removed the serpentine belt, started the car and the noise was gone. I noticed the serpentine belt tensioner's pulley was first hard to turn and had no inertia to it at all, secondly it had some radial play. I am guessing it has gone bad. The alternator pulley was normal and I couldn't tell anything about the AC compressor. The PS pump had some slight axial play.

I reinstalled the belt, started the car and sure enough the noise was back. So while I can't say it's from the tensioner for sure, it is coming I believe from a belt accessory.

Don't run it like that, it may cost you an engine.

I don't really have a choice until I get a replacement part Monday or at best Tuesday.
