You don't need to take the wheel off. You should be able to get to it from underneath without removing anything. Be safe.

Yup, up on ramps, it was right there. No problems. About 1/4-3/8" movement forward and aft. No side play at all.

Those 3 plugs we can see the ends of look not too terrible, but worn on the electrodes.

The 2 bolts are for the spark plug cover as you have probably figures out by now, and you have the answer for the cap.
