I thought my tire had been sabotaged, but it turns out my garden spikes somehow blew into the driveway. I figured it out when I returned home and put four more nails in the tire.

At this point, I’m considering getting a tube of Slime.

Sadly Vol-fcr is limited in not just years coverage (as i not just cover all 1999,2000 ECUs but P2 cars example CEM, ABS, ECM, TCM and ETM pulling info and codes with just ELM like Vida with Dice and more coming in future.. so not just K-line cable limitations) but in functionality.
Only Live data and fault codes. I heard in Finnish Volvo forums over the years it can too additionally to do check MSA15.7 Timing as advanced functionality as many has TDI Volvos here... so no i wouldn't wait it to have any these level things.

The PIN as i mentioned triggers Security Timer if put wrong more than once. Keylock professionals though knows additionally to me and many other semi professionals how rip the PIN code from IMMO easily if they have either equipment and or know how without Volvo Dealership telling it.

Finally got more bulbs for my instrument cluster. I'm not sure if this is normal or not but I have quite a few squares that don't turn on even with known good bulbs. Does this look normal?

I think you have the full set there but this varies by the market for which your car was originally built.

Mine doesn't have the Up Arrow as it's a manual car and mine has a TRAC light between the Coolant & Lambda light

Yup, you seem to have all the lights. The blanks are either features your car doesn't have, lights that cars in your market don't have, or they are blank on all P80s.
