How much boost can you get out of a stock 04 V70R turbo?

1996 Volvo 850R with ipd ECU, ipd strut brace, ipd sway bars, two a piller gauges, 7' inch t.v in dash and two 6.5 t.v in head rest.

I've seen 20~21 PSI with a few modifications (not engine). Not sure what that translate to horse-power wise. Others, such as JRL would know the answer more specifically, or you could call Scott Hart or Lucky at IPD and they would know specific numbers.
