V70 Turbo 2003 - idle speed cycles when engine is warm

My wife's 2003 V70 turbo cycles from low rpm's (near stalling) to normal rpm's when the engine is warm. Cold engine seems to run fine. I have cleaned the MFS but did not help. I have read some posts that suggest cleaning the throttle body may help. Does anybody have any pics/instructions on how to do this? Thanks in advance ... mpv

It may be a temperature sensor that's giving the wrong info when cold.
