2018 S60 Open Hole On Radiator

Greetings all, my 1st time here. New-ish car, 1st Volvo. This may be silly folks, but at the top of my radiator there is a hole, manufactured there, on the side of coolant filler. I see no hoses, no plugs, and I am totally freaked out by this. Sitting still the fluid stays in, but you open the fill cap and coolant pours out. Now it seems to do it when driving. Starting to overheat.

Are you missing the hose from the radiator to the expansion tank?

Not sure which engine you have. This link to a Volvo parts site can be enlarged. It looks like 2 different hoses from that side of the radiator, items # 14 and #15. As is suggested above, looks like one is missing. I would suggest #15.

I appreciate the responses, but there is no hose anywhere that is not hooked up. I used your link, Neil, and started searches of other sites, and seems that everything enlarged goes blurry. But there were a couple pics that appear to have cap of some sort on it. Gonna keep looking.

Can you take a picture(s) that show(s) the expansion tank, both hoses, and the end points of both hoses?
