Got the Belmetric clamps. They are 102.5mm. My newly arrived GKN boot from Autohausaz, which only cost something like 11 bucks, had a 104mm clamp that was not SS. We found the alignment with the barbs on the 104mm clamps to be a bit better fit. If jmartin919, you want a 102.5 I'll send you one for the postage just pm me. It's likely the 102.5's will fit fine, the GKN is thicker than most replacements, but I went with the 104's for whatever that's worth. Thanks.

Finally got around to installing the 102.5mm band (that rguzz sent) on my 2000 S70 GLT SE. The 102.5mm is too big. By my measurement I need a 91mm. Unfortunately Belmetric doesn't have that size.

You might be able to get a stainless exhaust wrap securing band and use that instead. Just an idea in case you're stuck otherwise. You basically run it through the joint, fold it over, and secure the securing clamps, then clip off the excess.

I have a screw clamp on there now and it's working fine. I'll check out those straps. Thanks.

The turbo axle requires a different sized clamp as you likely know. IIRC the 102.5mm was a great fit for the 96t. If the 2000 is NA it will certainly be different, either way there were weird variations in CVJ size along the way. Sorry my clamp didn't work for you!
