Fuel Pressure Regulator equivalents

EDIT: Parts are listed for Volvo 850s but do not fit my fuel rail. This style is much larger.

Researching the fuel pressure regulator, both N/A And Turbo cars use a 3.0 bar 1:1 rising rate fuel pressure regulator.

For the rail mounted regulator, I couldn't find it on FCP euro, and while digging for where else I could order, I came accross this equivalent part and model application list. Now this is from a chinese company so each part should be validated as you order, but I took a random sample and it seems to check out.

If it works, way cheaper than the OEM (if you can get it) or Delphi stainless steel version. Didn't realize the same one is used on the 850's at the rail as well as the 2000 S70 back at the fuel filter.

Quick update: Doing further research, I've come across other posts stating that pre-'96, there are brass spacers/standoffs used. Is it possible that what I have is meant for this style of mounting and are the actual fuel rails the same? Pictures of the spacers and/or part numbers would be great

Not quite sure what you are asking. This link shows a injector rail fuel pressure regulator in the top part marked #1.

It shows what looks like some spacers but they are not listed and the whole part is NLA.

Is this the stuff you are looking for? Sorry that there are no part numbers.

Looking at pictures for 1996 look the same.

Problem is sometimes things are different for different markets. Like we never got 2 liter engines here, only 2.3 and 2.5.

Did you find a solution to this?
I’m trying to replace Volvo part 1275711 3.0 bar Bosch fuel pressure regulator. I went to the junkyard and snagged another housing and unit.

Looks like I’ve found some stock in Europe and waiting on shipping quotes but doing some

But Bosch 0280160557 looks like a 3.0 bar unit and can be had for $20 so I’m looking twords that. I think I mistakenly read the t5s where at 3.8 bar and found one on a Mercedes at that pressure. So while at the junkyard pulled a few of those. They seem to fit in the volvo housing fine but I ordered new one at 3.8 bar which I’m now assuming is wrong and needed the unit off a Volkswagen
