How to remove this CEM connector?

Upper righthand face of cem; there is one on the right side as well

The answer for anyone who cares is '2 thin screwdrivers pushed in all the way, then push both outwards at the same time - left pivots left, right to right.

Whats left is a 1/16 x 1/2 x 1 inch white base , all of the black clip releases.

Its also possible to push too hard and break off the clip base, as I did on the 2d clip on the lower right.

Every modern car I've touched has its own bizarre idea of clips and clicks and tabs that break. Very few of them are obvious or intuitive. If I put a tool anywhere near one, I've broken it.

I struggle with all these. I do find the pushing the connectors together , eases the tension on the clips , and helps prevent breaksge
