Anyone know what this leak is on the black tube? Any help is appreciated.

Oil vapors come to fresh air intake right before turbo via PTC nipple and PCV system. Everything rubber gets soaked in oil. I keep replacing these hoses every few years.
Your intercooler is also full of oil.

"Normal", as in "happens to every open deck Volvo engine". It develops bore taper, lot more combustion gases leak to crankcase. Not much you can do. Install more robust Darton cylinder sleeves and new piston rings is the only real cure.

AS for that leak, check the hose to the intercooler is not split at the pipe clamp, and also check the pipe clamp is not loose. Clean up the oil and check it again in a week to see if there is any improvement. There is no fix like our friend vtl states other than do the expensive fix he lists.
Check the PCV system is not blocked by doing the latex glove over the oil filler cap and check if it inflates at idle, and further inflates when rev'd. If it sucks inward all is good. You may need elastic bands to keep the glove on if doing this solo.
Neil.

Not just rev'd - it needs to be in Drive! Otherwise ECM won't command turbo to develop boost. Stepping on brakes and gently revving to 2-2.5k for couple of seconds is the way to go.

So, that PCV was good? It looked slightly inflated during the boost. But maybe I'm wrong

Thank you. And thank you for running to and from the driver's seat as to not waste the viewer's precious time.
Crazy how much movement the engine has. Really makes it obvious to visualize how the engine mounts endure abuse.
