Tech help needed in Main Line Phila PA

I have a project '98 v70 that is now all together but need some tech advice on remaining issues - any hobbyists/mechanics in the King of Prussia/Devon area that want to assist? Regular shops wont help because car is too 'Old'

Amblerman is nearby , try giving him a ping on private message. Sonic adventure is a bit removed but is always helpful
