The radiators I have bought usually come with them. If you have no luck finding one, PM me and I will look and see if I still have a spare I can send you for shipping cost.

Old thread alert. These parts are still available from Volvo Classic parts (GCP.se). Volvo Can order these mounts for the P80 radiator main mounts for around $10 US each. The 2 main side bolts on the radiator pass through these and are the radiator shock absorbers.

See part #4 on the drawing for approx. position:
