Sigh
A VERY unwise move for ALL the reasons stated.
The idea itself, the price and being SO upside down you're never going to be ahead or close to even.
If anything happened ( a total wreck) you will owe $10,000 to the bank AFTER you get paid by your insurance company as they only pay what it's worth.
Keep the Ford and save your money.
Pay it down to at least close to what it's worth.
You're NOT saving anything by saving a few bucks per tankful You're pissing away several thousand dollars.
As I said this is a 14K car wholesale and you will be in it for 25 grand!

It's confusing because locally to me a guy with an '02 S60 actually had a pre-HALDEX S60...maybe a split year?quote]

well i pump at vry least 20$ a day gas
and i only get 250-300k a tank at 1.29 per leter
my payments on the ford are 385 mnth
and my payments for the volvo with my 5 grand loan paid added on are 443 a month.
the ford seems like the transmission is on its way out
check engine has been reset and keeps coming on (alot of signs of a wireing problem)
it also has a wireing problem
if the volvo has a chance of lasting 6 yrs then it just seems better then what i have right now
