Won't start V70 2006 d5 automatic

Hi We have a volvo v70 d5 automatic diesel 2006 we are having issues with not starting after we did service on it. We have put new fuel pump in and high pressure sensor and glow plugs and fuel rail sensor. Comes up code P0090 we went under dash for relay but one side unclipped the other side just won't come out or move do I have too strip under hood down Your help would be so much appreciated as been on this for three weeks Mark and Bronwyn

Where is the pem on volvo v70 d5 2006 have checked under seat boot and in arch plastic fuel tank can't see anything on it at a lost help
