My goal here was new orifice tube and drier with clean refill. Tube not the worst, but dirty. Drier very heavy with metal clanking when shaking it.
Put in two full 12oz cans, so I still owe it 2.6.
35 degrees out the vent at idle. Pipes got frosty. Only 80 deg 30% humidity test drive went well sticking around 35 vent temp at max cool and 40 when auto temp set at 72.
Need 100 degree day for final temp test.

Don’t add anymore refrigerant of you are getting 45 F delta! That’s awesome and you ll likely overcharge .

Two cans 680 grams is about 90% of full charge “ spec “ of 750g , many systems will cool better a bit lower than “ spec”

Last note. Usually Volvo is good for designing softer metal on consumable parts and harder metal on long lived parts. Have you tried digging out the thread metal with a pick on the hose, to see if it can be saved?
