Will P2 V70 rims fit P80 V70?

Hi. I have 1999 V70 and planning to buy second set of wheels for winter tyres. Currently Im looking at set from 2004y V70. I find both models have idendical rims, but there are bolt thread size difference. My P80 has M12 bolts, but next generation wheels use M14 bolts. Will it be a issue using my old M12 bolts?

We've been running P2 (XC90) wheels on the wife's '97 for a while now with no issues.

The XC90 uses the M14 lug bolts but has a larger hub OD, so our set-up is lug-centric, instead of hub-centric like yours would be. Zero issues.

You will be perfectly fine using those wheels.

I've been running S80 and P2 rims on my 00 V70R for 13 years. Only issue to watch for is rubbing on the front inner fenders when turning on full lock. The P80 standard rim offsets are 38-43mm, P2 are generally 49mm which moves the rims further in by 6mm toward the inner fender. Center bore of the hubs are the same.
